Fees in the open
Partners pay us a referral fee when work completes. We show you the fee before you choose, and it is never added to your quote.

We introduce; you decide. You can accept a quote, ignore every quote, or instruct a firm you found yourself.

What we do
You tell us about your move once. We pass that enquiry to partner firms that cover your area and handle the type of work you need, and they send you a written quote through your Property Legals account. You compare the quotes side by side and decide who — if anyone — to instruct.
Before a firm can quote, we check the registration it claims to hold: the SRA or CLC for conveyancers, RICS for surveyors, the FCA for mortgage brokers, a redress scheme for estate agents, and Companies House for the business itself. Conveyancing introductions currently cover England and Wales.
What we don't do: we don't provide legal, survey, mortgage or financial advice, we don't hold client money, and we don't sell your details as a lead to firms you haven't been matched with. Your enquiry only goes to the partners matched to it.
How we're paid: If you choose a partner through Property Legals and the work completes, that partner pays us a referral fee out of its own revenue. It is never added to your quote. Read the full referral fee disclosure.
