Review and testimonial policy
Our rules for collecting, verifying and displaying reviews.

We do not publish reviews or testimonials we cannot verify. We do not use stock quotes, fabricated names or star ratings without a real underlying dataset.
How we collect reviews
Verified reviews are collected only from clients who completed a transaction through the portal. We contact them after completion and ask for permission to display any comments.
No incentives
We do not pay for reviews and do not offer discounts, credit or gifts in exchange for them.
Editing and moderation
We may lightly edit reviews for length, spelling or to redact personal detail. We will not change the substance. Reviews that breach the law (defamation, harassment, hate) are removed.
Right of reply
A partner firm named in a review can request a right of reply. Both sides may be published.
Ratings
Any aggregate rating we publish will be based on the underlying verified reviews on that date, and we will make the sample size visible.
