What it costs, and when.
Your agency never pays us and neither does your client. The partner who wins the work pays a referral fee out of its own revenue, and a share of that is your commission.

Commission is only ever payable on completed work. Nothing is payable on an enquiry, a quote or a case that falls through.
How we keep the introduction clean.
Disclosed to your client in writing
Every client receives a written statement that the partner pays us a referral fee and that you may receive a share of it. This supports the disclosure expected of agents under consumer protection rules and estate agency redress scheme requirements.
Introduction, not advice
Neither Property Legals nor your agency gives legal, survey or mortgage advice. Responsibility for advice sits with the regulated firm your client instructs.
Choice, never a tie
Your client is free to use their own solicitor, surveyor or broker. Accepting a quote is always their decision and there is no penalty for declining.
Data handled properly
Client details are shared only with the partners needed to quote, held under our privacy notice, and access is restricted by role inside the portal.
