We want to be up-front about how we earn money. When you accept a quote from a partner firm through our portal, that firm pays Property Legals Ltd a referral commission on completion of the work.
Who pays the fee
The partner firm pays the fee out of its own revenue. It is not added on top of your quote. The quote you accept is the price you pay.
Estate agents
Where an estate agent has referred you to us, that agent receives commission from Property Legals when the transaction completes. This is standard industry practice under Section 21 of the Estate Agents Act 1979.

Your choice
You are always free to accept any quote, ignore all of them, or use a firm you find independently. You are under no obligation to instruct anyone we introduce.
