A set referral fee per survey level, payable only once the survey has been carried out and the report issued.

Invoice generated by the portal and payable by bank transfer on the stated terms.

The referral fee comes out of your own fee income and must never be added to the client's quote. Valuation instructions are agreed separately, case by case.

We check your RICS registration and firm details against the public register before your first enquiry, and re-check periodically.

Professional indemnity on file

We hold a current PI certificate for your practice and prompt you to re-upload it at renewal.

Referral disclosed to the client

Buyers are told in writing that you pay us a referral fee out of your own revenue and that it is not added to their survey fee.

Your report, your professional judgement

Property Legals never edits, summarises or comments on your findings. The report is issued by your practice to your client under your terms of engagement.
