Property Legals Ltd only uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage. We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking technologies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.

What we store

• Sign-in session (browser storage set by our authentication provider, Supabase) — keeps you signed in to the portal. Cleared when you sign out; refresh tokens expire after 30 days of inactivity.
• Cookie notice acknowledgement (pl-cookie-consent, browser storage) — remembers that you have seen the notice so it isn't shown again. Persists until you clear site data.
• Enquiry draft (browser storage) — saves your progress through the quote form so you can come back to it. Removed once the enquiry is submitted, and expires after 7 days.

Because everything above is strictly necessary or set at your own request, no consent banner choices are required — there are no optional cookies to switch off.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking storage for this site will sign you out of the portal and clear any saved enquiry progress.
